Usage & Application Responsibility
The buyer acknowledges that a domain name is a neutral digital asset. The legality of its exploitation is entirely determined by the specific application and intended use by the buyer.
- Due Diligence: The buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of their chosen business activities regarding intellectual property rights (trademarks and trade names).
- Non-Confusion: The buyer guarantees that the final website content and visual presentation will not cause public confusion with existing third-party rights.
Liability & Indemnification
A1 Digital Real Estate Brokerage accepts no liability for the manner of use following the transfer date. The buyer agrees to fully indemnify the seller against all claims and legal costs arising from the chosen application. Any loss of the asset due to a legal dispute after the sale does not entitle the buyer to a refund or compensation.
4. Execution of Transfer
The transfer will be executed upon full payment and written acceptance of these terms.
